Με κόστος μεγαλύτερο κατά 10%-15% από ένα συμβατικό προκάτ, αλλά με απόσβεση της επιπλέον δαπάνης σε λίγα χρόνια και με την προοπτική καλύτερης ποιότητας ζωής, κερδίζουν έδαφος στην αγορά.

Απόσβεση σε χρονικό διάστημα λίγων ετών και καλύτερη ποιότητα ζωής στους ιδιοκτήτες τους υπόσχονται τα προκατασκευασμένα βιοκλιματικά σπίτια. Με κόστος που είναι μεγαλύτερο κατά 10-15% από ένα τυπικό προκάτ σπίτι, τα βιοκλιματικά φαίνεται ότι κερδίζουν σημαντικό μερίδιο στην αγορά ακινήτων.

Η καλύτερη ποιότητα των υλικών που χρησιμοποιούνται στην κατασκευή των βιοκλιματικών σπιτιών ανεβάζει το κόστος τους στα 850-950 ευρώ το τετραγωνικό μέτρο, σε σχέση με τα 750-800 ευρώ που αναμένεται να πληρώσει όποιος αποφασίσει να αγοράσει ένα μη βιοκλιματικό σπίτι. Οι αποκλίσεις στις τιμές παρουσιάζονται σε σχεδόν όλα τα μέρη του σπιτιού. Και το συνολικό κόστος μπορεί να ανέβει κατά 50.000 ευρώ επιπλέον, αν ο αγοραστής αποφασίσει να επενδύσει στο «πλήρες πακέτο» τοποθετώντας φωτοβολταϊκό και σύστημα γεωθερμίας.

«Τα προκατασκευασμένα σπίτια δεν μπορούν να γίνουν ποτέ 100% βιοκλιματικά», λέει ο πολιτικός μηχανικός Νίκος Παπαβλασόπουλος. Αυτό οφείλεται στο γεγονός ότι το «ελαφρύ» κέλυφός τους δεν έχει τη θερμοχωρητικότητα που έχει ένα σπίτι κατασκευασμένο, για παράδειγμα, από πέτρα.

 During the last 5 months Greece has been attacked by world media in a coordinated political pressure to put an order in its fiscal policy and its budgetary obligations. Many have argued that Greece did not deserve to be part of the EU and not part of the EUROGROUP. But these voices do not explain afterwards what was finally the political destiny of Greece after WWII "closed door" agreements. It is a clear political vision why this happened although Greece did not qualify to be in and one could agree that even if that moment was postponed for the future noone is sure if Greece could ever put its house in order. Since the political vision of expanding EU has been predetermined, all this media attack is not only unfair but lacks prudence. Each nation has its own identity and character making it unique to the European family. Also, one would agree that the next vital step of EU if the political union, which is desirable but imaginary since nowdays there are no borders among nations and no restrictions like before in world trade. Therefore, what misses from the puzzle is the rebirth of the classical ancient greek philosophy meaning that now its time to go very back in time and define again political and social systems, meanings and ideas like respect and understanding and then sail for a completely new EU "social port". A door to a new respectful, just, enlighted and sustainable way of living.
